What to Do During a Power Outage in a Storm
If you experience a power outage during a storm event, your first point of call should be to your local Supply Authority to check if there is a ‘Network Outage’.
A network outage is often quickly resolved but it is also possible for property owners to encounter issues on their side of the P.O.A (Point of Attachment), especially for those with property poles and powerlines.
If you have received a notification from the power authority advising that you need to engage an Electrical Contractor, whether commercial or residential, our Emergency Storm Response Service is available 24hrs during or after a severe weather event.
Feel free to contact the after hours call out team on 0421 956 690.
